Publishing in Image Ready

94. Click file=> Output settings=> Background. Set the background (BG color) to black.

95. Click Select=> all slices. Click on the Optimized tab. Click on the optimized palette. Set the optimize palette to jpg

96. Use the slice select tool while holding down your shift key to select all the animation slices. Change the optimize palette to

• Gif
• 256 colors
• Selective colors
• Pattern dither

97. You can crop or resize the image at this point if need be. Then click File=> Saver optimized as. Create a new folder. Set the File type to html and images.

Note that you will get an error message about saving jpg images and animations. It is ok. It is meant to remind people that animations must be set as GIF which we did do.
